Over the weekend of September 10th, 2023, LaunchPoint™, an innovative account opening and onboarding solution by Rulesware, went live at Aruba Bank, the largest commercial bank in Aruba. This implementation provides Aruba Bank with an orchestrated and fully automated end-to-end process for new account opening for both retail and commercial customers through onboarding, know your customer (KYC), and fulfillment. This implementation marks a major milestone in Aruba Bank’s ability to service its customers as well as prepare the bank for offering its customers and potential customers an online choice for new account opening which is fully automated.
This release marks the fourth milestone out of a series of five planned stages for the banks’ digital transformation. The fifth and final milestone is slated for mid-October, promising to provide LaunchPoint™ access to all the bank’s web users.
In this collaboration Rulesware is serving both Aruba Bank and Orco Bank, sister banks servicing four islands the Dutch Caribbean. Orco Bank services the communities of Bonaire, Curaçao and Sint Maarten. This strategic collaboration with Rulesware aims to establish Aruba Bank and Orco Bank as the premier choice for digital banking services in the region.
Rulesware CEO Anthony Lee was on site with Rulesware delivery and other bank leaders during the recent go-live.
