El Salvador
El Salvador is a country in Central America bordering Guatemala, Honduras, and the Pacific Ocean. It is in the Central time zone, and just a 3-hour flight from Houston, TX. A beautiful, mountainous country, known as the Land of Volcanoes, El Salvador became home to Rulesware’s corporate offices in 2012. Today we are proud to have over 120 of our English-speaking, Pega-certified architects, including many of our company leaders, working full-time from our modern, San Salvador offices.
In June 2018 our office in El Salvador was named one of the top 5 places to work in El Salvador in 2018 (we were #3 in fact, edging out both Microsoft and Google this year!).

Real Time Collaboration
Our clients like Rulesware’s near-shore capabilities because Pega is a collaborative tool. This means that our clients need to collaborate, in real-time, with everyone on their team. Rulesware clients don’t want anonymous off-shore workers trying to develop their applications while they’re asleep. Clients know the first and last names of every person on their team, and can call/email/Skype them directly. Our near-shore, Pega architects often travel to client sites during critical periods of a project. Having our strong LATAM teams also makes it possible for Rulesware to maintain a fully-staffed deck, so that our clients can always get the support they need. Whenever they need it.
