We’ve always been committed to providing training and career advancement opportunities for our team at Rulesware. So we are particularly excited to announce the launch of a new LSA Immersion program, targeted at providing employees in our Development Practice with the opportunity to expand in their careers, and become Rulesware-level LSAs (Lead System Architects).
At Rulesware and elsewhere, Lead System Architects take the lead on the design and quality of Pega solutions, guiding their teams and making sure that they’re solving the right problems for their clients. It’s a vital role in a company like ours, and we want to provide top notch training and support to talented Rulesware employees who have the LSA certification & role in their sights.
“Becoming a Rulesware LSA is a journey,” says Rulesware CEO Anthony Lee. “It takes commitment, creativity and collaboration to meet the extremely high expectations we have for our LSAs. I’m pleased that this program will provide support and mentorship along the way, so that participants can emerge with the knowledge, experience and consulting skills they need to lead projects as a Rulesware LSA. “
How Rulesware’s LSA Immersion Program Works
Rulesware’s LSA Immersion Program is modelled after the Lead System Architect training offered by Pega Academy.
Participants in the program proceed through the key phases outlined by Pega (see above), and while doing so, have regular check-ins and biweekly roundtables with mentors and colleagues at Rulesware. Roundtables will be lead by various current LSAs or Project Leaders who lead specific discussions.
The program is further supported by solutioning training: a 96-hour course, accompanied again by bi-weekly roundtables to support the lessons being learned.
The end goal of the Program is to help the learner earn their 7.3 CLSA certification, acquire “mileage” on different client projects, and develop the needed “L-level” soft skills expected of a Rulesware LSA.
“Learning is something I’m passionate about personally,” says Rulesware CEO Anthony Lee, “so I am thrilled that we have launched this new LSA Immersion program as another way of supporting learning and growth. “
