11 Reasons to Join Rulesware

balloon

We recently asked a random group of our employees to share their Top 5 reasons for working at Rulesware. Even after combining repeated responses and paring down the lists, we couldn’t stick with just five!

Here, then, are the top 11 reasons our employees – in their own words – enjoy working with Rulesware.

1. Smart People, Great Peers

I love having the opportunity to work with smart and nerdy people (these are great things!). Some of  these folks can become your lifetime professional coaches.

2. Real Career Paths

Rulesware has grown incredibly over the past few years, and I’ve seen so many smart, capable people rise to positions that could, in other companies, take years. The company is focused on the growth and development of every individual encouraging and paying for training and certifications.

3. 100% Focused on Client Success

I’ve seen, first-hand, Rulesware managers help clients complete projects faster and more cost effectively than was originally estimated. While some of the other consulting companies I’ve worked for tend to draw projects out, Rulesware is all about putting the client first.

4. Genuine Concern for Employees

Rulesware works with its employees to achieve work/life balance, providing the flexibility to telecommute. The company also truly helps with employee development.

5. Great Benefits and Incentives

We’re fortunate to have great health care, competitive salaries, good bonuses and a good retirement plan–to name a few key benefits.

6. Supportive Management

We have wonderful management. They are all ears for creative thoughts and ideas. I consider it motivation through appreciation.

7. Social responsibility

I like it that Rulesware is involved in charities and performs community services, like when we got together to wash school buses for the School of the Blind in Austin. There’s a general sense that Rulesware believes in giving  back to the community and its people.

8. Experience and Smarts

I’m surrounded by experienced project team members who truly have knowledge to share.

9. Careful Project Selection

Selecting projects carefully is something the company takes pride in. And working on a project that our team is right for truly positions us–and more importantly, the client–for success.

10. Company Integrity

The first thing I noticed about Rulesware was a pride that people take in their work. That’s true for employees and management. And I think it comes from a sense that we all just want to do good work we feel proud of.

11. Professional Development

This is a great learning environment that supports personal and professional development through comprehensive training and mentoring programs.
