In its annual Great Places to Work survey, the independent organization Great Rated! aims to find out what makes companies work, and what makes them great.
In its anonymous survey of randomly selected employees, GreatRated! assesses several workplace factors, including company atmosphere, company pride, workplace challenges, rewards offered to employees; communication to and among employees; and quality of management and leadership.
We’re proud to report that in the 2015 GreatRated! survey, Rulesware received an average rating of 96% across all six categories. That’s an improvement from our 92% average rating last year!
We’re over the moon about these ratings, and send a huge thank you to all of our amazing employees!

‘GREAT PLACE TO WORK’ REPORT: HIGHLIGHTS
For us, the best part of reviewing the results of the GreatRated! Survey has been reading–in our employees’ own words–what they appreciate about the culture and teams at Rulesware.
It wasn’t surprising, for example, that our employees gave the highest grades in the survey to each other. 96% of Rulesware employees agreed that our collective willingness to do what’s necessary to get the job done right was, indeed the Rulesware way.
And just as importantly, most employees agree that time off is respected; 90% say they can take time off when they need to.
We’re proud, too, to see that 91% of our employees feel they are treated the same, no matter their job title, and that they feel that have access to the tools they need to get the job done.
