It’s amazing how PegaWORLD has grown within the past few years. Over 3,000 people attended PegaWorld 2014.
Just as impressively, more women attended PegaWORLD this year, showing perhaps that more women than ever are involved and interested in Pega technology.
Three great women in particular represented their companies and the success they have had using Pega. I was lucky enough to see them speak.
ANETTE BRONDER – Director Vodafone Group Technology Enterprise Solutions, Vodafone Group Services
Annette Bronder discussed Vodafone’s massive business transformation program to digitize and provide excellent enterprise customer experience using Pega.
JESSICA KRAL – Chief Information Officer Medicare and Retirement, UnitedHealthcare
Ms. Kral spoke about digital transformation being a response to disruptive technologies, market shifts and an increasingly empowered set of customers, and how it is forcing leaders to step into new roles and take on new challenges.
SUZANNE WOOLLEY – Head of Customer Base Management, EE
Suzanne Woolley, finally, described how organizations can optimize each customer experience across sales, marketing and service, bouncing between multiple channels and devices. She noted that every customer experience represents the company’s brand and affects the future value of the relationship.
All of these presentations were great. Companies are getting incredible results by digitally transforming their companies and changing their customer experience. Pega has brought to these companies a way to take a new approach, using real-time context to improve customer engagement in every channel and drive very significant business returns.
