We apply these values every day in our decision-making, embed them in our processes, and keep them front & center in every interaction with colleagues and clients. Through curiosity, courage, integrity, collaboration and transparency, we’ve created a very human company culture where ideas are heard, and people can grow, succeed, and do quality work. Here are some of the values that guide us:
- We jump in and speak up—even when we’re afraid—knowing there’s a decision to be made or a problem to be solved.
- We take calculated risks. For example, we take the opportunity to do things we’ve never done before, raise ideas in meetings even if they are “out of the box,” and try new things to get better results.
- We join meetings genuinely expecting to learn something.
- We are eager to learn, and always want to know what’s around the next corner. For example, we research different approaches, tools and techniques, looking for new ways to do things.
- We book meetings with people we don’t normally connect with, hoping their fresh approach might help us solve a problem, and jump into meetings outside our core roles, hoping to learn more about how Rulesware works.
- No-one ever wonders what we “really think.”

- We avoid side conversations or political back & forth, preferring instead to get the right people onto a call to sort out the issue.
- We never want to be “in-between” conversations that would be best had directly.
